Xinming Integrated Piezoelectric Ceramic ControllerThe HVA series piezoelectric ceramic driver is an integrated single channel open-loop piezoelectric ceramic driver that can drive piezoelectric ceramic sheets, stacked piezoelectric ceramics, open-loop encapsulated piezoelectric ceramics, and open-loop nano positioning worktable piezoelectric actuation products. It can provide high stability and high resolution voltage for piezoelectric ceramics, and has excellent frequency response. Having multiple control modes, it can meet the needs of low-voltage open-loop applications.
